PREPARING FOR WOMEN’S HEALTH MONTH
Women experience unique health care challenges and are more likely to be diagnosed with certain diseases than men. Chronic diseases and conditions—such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes—are the leading causes of death for women.
During the month of May, we will celebrate Women’s Health Month. As we focus on raising the discussion regarding women’s health Rhema will host a round table on Saturday , May 28th and Sunday, May 29th at 9:30 AM focused on these issues.
This conversation, which will be led by Bishop La Fayette Scales, will address this issue from various points of view such as healthcare, resources, testimonials, a walk of faith, etc. We will host a healthy conversation that will raise awareness, provide resources, and empower individuals to take charge of their health in the right way.
