Grace to you and peace from God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ. I trust this missive finds you on top with all things under your feet.
This past weekend we celebrated Mother’s Day. Over the years I have expanded my recognition of the day to celebrate the women, wives and mothers in our community of faith and the broader community. The original female was a co-regent, joint heir and heir together of the grace of life with the male.
KJV Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Proverbs 31:10-31 describes a virtuous woman. She is a good woman! She works diligently. She contrives prudently. She behaves uprightly. She is a good wife! She seeks her husband’s good. She keeps his confidence. She aides his prosperity.
She is a good mother! She clothes her family wisely. She clothes her household well. She shops sensibly. She is a good neighbor! She helps the poor. She uplifts the needy. She speaks graciously.
Her value – “Her price is far above rubies” Vs 10
Her praise – “Her children arise and call her blessed” Vs 28
Her pre-eminence – “But thou excellest them all” Vs 29
Her secret – “A woman that feareth the Lord” Vs 30

Restorative Justice! are the issues we are focused on! Come! Invite others! Let’s do justice! Let’s change our world. Let’s do the weightier matters of the law justice, mercy and faithfulness. Matthew 23:23
