Last week we were engaged in the Network of Local Churches Leadership Summit 2021“Multidimensional Churches and Ministries in a Multi-complex World.” We were in-person and virtual! Thank you as church for stepping up and serving, ministering to and caring for our guest from out of town.
NKJV Psalm 78:72 So he shepherded them according to the integrity of his heart,And guided them by the skillfulness of his hands.
Mess Psalm 78:72 His good heart made him a good shepherd; he guided the people wisely and well.
David was a leader in Israel and David served his generation.
KJV Acts 13:36 For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption:
Leaders serve the least of these. Leaders minister to other leaders. Leaders guide notable leaders. Leaders impact cities. Leaders give direction to nations. Leaders serve the people in front of them.
Leaders have to be diagnostic and prescriptionary. Leaders must discern the current context. Leaders must interrupt the current context. Leaders must give strategies for the current context. Leaders must plan to act in current context. Leaders must take action in the current context. Leaders must always see before others and see more than others. Leaders must be visionary in their approach. Multidimensional leaders serve in multiple ways. Be a multidimensional leader in a multicomplex world.
